TOKYO 2016

I arrived at Haneda Airport with a blank rolled up canvas and a bag full of acrylic paint. My goal was to get inspired by Japanese pop culture and my first impressions of the city. Everything seemed to scream for attention. This lead me to the title ‘Look At Me!’. My new paintings were exhibited at the Luxembourg Embassy and a second installation followed at Youkobo Art Space after my two months artist residency in Tokyo 2016.
