The Coronavirus Crisis has impacted each and everyone of us worldwide. It may have changed the world forever and I see many people in fear and being pessimistic about the future. This painting is a play on the french words ‘tous ensemble’, meaning ‘all toghether’ and changing it to ‘Tousse Ensemble’, meaning ‘cough together’. It is a light hearted reminder that we’re all in this together and that together we shall overcome adversity. I also want this 30x40cm printed Covid19-memorabilia-canvas to be a reminder of the crazy times we went through and the huge turning point in our history.
The original painted canvas will be available at the next Art2Cure Fundraiser exhibition, July 20th - September 25th at the Galerie Indépendance - BIL, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, where part of the proceeds will support COVID-19 research at the University of Luxembourg.
